When will my order arrive?

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard delivery is estimated at 8–18 business days in total, including preparation. Customs, local carrier conditions and busy periods may affect delivery. See our shipping policy for details.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is US$3.99 for orders below US$50 and free for orders of US$50 or more. The applicable delivery charge and currency are shown at checkout before payment.

How do I track my order?

We email your tracking details after dispatch. Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear.

Can I request a return?

Our return request window is 30 days from receipt, subject to the conditions and exceptions in our returns policy. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the return instructions.

Can I change an order?
